Mandatory for Customs

Amendments requested after manifest is submitted electronically is subject to a penalty of 25% of cargo value in local currency.
Tax ID is mandatory for all commercial importers.
Cargo value must be included in the manifest.

All containers are subject to random anti-narcotics authorities inspections. In the event that a container is inspected, commercial invoice will be required.
