Transport document amendment fee (AME)

We are happy to announce a new feature on our website which will be effective from 15th September 2026 and allow you to choose payer and pay term for the ‘Transport document amendment fee (AME)’. AME application is instant and hence invoice can be received immediately by you, if the Vessel has already sailed for your shipment.

This surcharge involves fee for any bill of lading amendments done 1 day after the containers have been loaded on board the Vessel.

The fee (including tariff and currency) will be applied based on the cargo origin country.

Please note that the AME application logic applicable to your country may be updated between 1 September and 15 September. We recommend referring to the document below to review the fee application logic specific to your country.
