Seawaybill or Telex Release are not allowed for import.
Radioactive type commodities are restricted.
Import Wood: This commodity can be shipped to PAP. Importer must present to authorities sanitary certificate as well as proof of fumigation.
OBL: As per Haiti customs all original Bill must be freighted as per manifest.
Partials Shipments ARE NOT allowed.
- Local consignee is mandatory, foreign consignee is not allowed.
- Consignee "To order" is acceptable only if there is a valid local notify party.
