As part of our ongoing commitment to providing seamless service, we are excited to announce that PT Bintang Biru Indah will be replacing PT Pelayaran Bintang Putih as official agent of Maersk A/S in Indonesia.
Key Changes:
- Transfer Details:
- On 1 September 2025, PT Bintang Biru Indah will take over agency operations in Indonesia, and PT Pelayaran Bintang Putih will no longer serve as agent of Maersk.
- Corporate ID Transition:
- The corporate ID for PT Pelayaran Bintang Putih (0025 0526 3007 3000) will be replaced by the corporate ID of PT Bintang Biru Indah (0010 7163 3002 2000). The corporate ID for Maersk A/S as the service provider remains 75.917.044.2-053.000.
- Billing Information:
- Billing information will be updated to carry the new legal entity name and corporate ID.
- Please note that invoice to customer is issued by Maersk A/S. Our local agent (ie. PT Bintang Biru Indah) only act as corresponding office in Indonesia and is authorized to receive payment on behalf of Maersk A/S.
- Bank Account Information:
- Bank accounts will change to the details below, so please update your systems as needed to the following:
- HSBC with beneficiary name of Maersk A/S, World Trade Center 3rd floor, Jl Jend Sudirman kav 29-31, Jakarta 12920, IDR-account: 050-051424-069, Swift: HSBCIDJA or USD-account: 050-051424-116, Swift: HSBCIDJA.
- Bank Mandiri with beneficiary name of PT Bintang Biru Indah, Wisma Bisnis Indonesia, Jl K H Mas Mansyur No 12A, Jakarta 10220, IDR-account: 121-0029999970, Swift: BMRIIDJA.
- Please ensure to process your payment to the new bank account number starting from 1 September 2025 for seamless payment settlement and document release
- E-payment via myFinance will be available as usual.
- Those bank accounts and e-payment information will also be found in this link: https://www.maersk.com/local-information/asia-pacific/indonesia/payment. The same link is also available in Maersk invoice. Details will be reflected on September 1, 2025.
Action needed from our customer: As we embark on this transition, we want to ensure minimal disruption to your operations. To facilitate a smooth update process, we kindly ask you to inform us if you require any specific documents from us to update your vendor database due to the agency change. Additionally, we are interested in understanding the estimated time it will take for you to complete the update process at your end.
