Procedure Tick Console

Procedure 'Tick Console' request deadline for consolidated flat file effective from: 15 June 2020

To allow us to serve you better, timely, and accurately, kindly follow below guidance to submit tick consolidate request:

1. Please go to Maerskops wixsite Website via your browser.
2. Please go to Consolidate Request here
3. Kindly input password 1MKkkms!
4. To view the deadline, kindly click “Export Deadline” for Export Shipment and “Import Deadline” for Import Shipment.
5. Kindly fill the form with required data.
• E-mail: please input only 1 email.
• PIC Name: please input only 1 PIC Name.
• Company Name: Please input your company name without punctuation.
• To input B/L number, Forwarder Name & NPWP, kindly click “Add New Record”.
• If you need to add other input, kindly click “Add New Record”.
• After finishing the input, kindly click submit and there will be notification ‘Thanks for submitting the form!’.
• Customer will receive confirmation email to the inputted address.

'Tick Console' should be sent within the schedule stated below.

If the deadline comes on Public Holiday, you can send it 1 (one) day earlier than the schedule.

External redress is a redress process done directly to customs by customer where Maersk will only issue redress letters to support the process.

Step to get Redress Letter:

1. Choose the document template based on the port (loading port – export OR discharging port - import).
   For redress at outport which is not available in here, please connect directly with our outport agent (details available in outport sub tab in this page).
2. Fill in the templates with corresponding data.
   After you downloaded the file, there are data that you must choose depend on export or import process.
   Export: shipper, tanggal berangkat, outward manifest
   Import: consignee, tanggal tiba, inward manifest
3. Send the draft in word version to Maersk
   Email: ID.import@maersk.com (for import) OR ID.export@maersk.com (for export)
   Subject: Redress Letter – BL XXXXXXXXX – IDJKT/IDSUB/IDSEM/IDBEL/IDPAG/IDPLM (choose one according to loading port – export OR discharging port - import)
   Body email: Attachment of the drafts which already filled with necessary Information
4. Get the confirmation to pick up redress letter by email.
   If no confirmation received yet for the hardcopy pick up, please refrain from coming to office as the letter might not yet ready/PIC not available.
5. Pick up the letter at Maersk Office by bringing the required details.

Indonesia custom applies a 4-digits Harmonized System Code for goods description in inward manifest only for Food and Beverage products in Port of Tanjung Priok.

Below is the HS code list:

02 meat & edible meat offal

• 0201 meat of bovine animals; fresh or chilled
• 0202 meat of bovine animals; frozen
• 0203 meat of swine (pork); fresh, chilled or frozen
• 0204 meat of sheep or goats; fresh, chilled or frozen
• 0205 meat of horses, asses, mules, hinnies; fresh, chilled or frozen
• 0206 edible offal, bovine, swine, sheeo, goat, horse, etc
• 0207 meat and edible offal of poultry; fresh, chilled, or frozen
