若您不想與線上客服專員交談,可以建立客服案件。我們的客服專員會盡快處理您的案件。
- 按一下首頁右上角的帳戶
並登入。
- 點選上方功能表中的管理,並選擇客戶個案管理。
- 按一下「建立案件」標籤,或「我的案件」標籤下的「建立新個案」按鈕。
- 為查詢指定適當的類別。
- 如果需要,新增關於查詢的詳細資訊並附上檔案。
- 按一下提交。
- 客服專員會盡快與您聯絡。
