How do I get my container released?
For import customers
The release of your container is subject to local customs regulations, charges being paid and all relavant documents surrendered to the local Maersk office. Once cleared, you can send us a "release or delivery order request".
For export customers
The instructions are included as part of the booking confirmation and subject to the approval of the local Maersk office.
