Can I be certain there are containers available for my cargo?
We can’t guarantee equipment on our vessels for 100% of our bookings — because in exceptional circumstances we can face unforeseen incidents that impact the availability of certain equipment types in certain ports around the world. This can then impact our ability to release containers for all the bookings our customers have placed for a specific departure.
