How to submit VGM?
The VGM (Verified Gross Mass) is the total weight of the container (cargo and tare weight).
This information is usually submitted in the Shipping Instruction, however, if you need to submit the VGM separately, you can do so via the Shipment Details page. To find the Tare weight of your container, please visit Container Tare Weight.
- Click Account located at the top right corner of the home page and Login.
- Search for your B/L or container number in the top View details search box on Hub page.
- Click the Containers & VGM button on the shipment details page.
- Input VGM for relevant container(s) and select VGM Method from the drop-down list.
