How to cancel a booking?
You can cancel a booking via your account. Depending on the stage of your shipment journey and when you decide to cancel your booking, additional costs may occur to secure the return of the empty equipment and cargo. Please note that according to our loading priority and two-way commitment rule, the cancellation will incur either a cancellation or no-show fee depending on the timelines of the cancellation.
