Is there a fee for cancelling a booking?
Yes, there is a fee for cancelling a booking:
- If you cancel with more than seven days' notice before the scheduled estimated time of departure (ETD), you will be charged a cancellation fee.
- If you cancel with fewer than seven days' notice before the ETD, you will be charged a no-show fee.
Here's how to request a cancellation:
- Click Login in the top-right corner on maersk.com.
- Once you’ve logged into your account, go to your Hub dashboard and find your shipment.
- In the shipment summary bar at the top of the page, click Cancel.
- Provide a reason for cancelling from the dropdown menu and add any additional comments.
- Click Cancel Now to complete the process.
