Does Maersk contact the supplier to arrange delivery of the goods?
During the booking process you are asked to provide the necessary documents and your supplier’s contact details, so they can also be notified of the booking and the shipment. After submitting the required documents, you will be notified that your shipment is good to go. If the booking is door to door, we will contact the supplier to arrange the pick-up time and date as well as necessary documentations.
