Most important notes:

Free time – 4h free for RCO, and for TRK 8h free.
Trucking transport can be cancelled/postponed till 10:00 one working day before loading/delivery for free. After that cancellation fee apply which is:

1000 PLN in case of RCO transport (plus additional costs if it's after 16:00);
Full IHE/IHI in case of DT transport.

Same rules apply to customs clearance =import containers that will not be customs cleared/released until 10.00 am one day be before delivery day might be treated as cancelled and same fees would be applied.

Surcharge for transportation of dangerous goods (IMO) equals to 300 PLN per box and for specific trains we cannot move below cargo:

On Amber (Kąty Wrocławskie), Baltic (Sławków) and Łódź trains IMO classes 1, 2, 6.2 and 7 are not allowed (only LQ containers);

Specific rules will apply to below trains:

Warszawa/Szamotuły train no IMO cargo is allowed, only LQ containers can be moved;

In case of PCC trains (Kutno, Kolbuszowa) following classes are not allowed:

IMO classes 1, 2, 6.2 and 7 (only LQ containers);
UN classes (UN 1086, UN 2901, UN 1222, UN 2618, UN 1380, UN 2870, UN 1295, UN 1185, UN 1259, UN 1838, UN 2474, UN 1744, UN 2513);

Drop-off / Pick-up

Container drop off in Gdańsk (DCT, Radunia or Balticon) or Szczecin (DB Port or Balticon) is free of charge but container need to be dropped off on specific depot.

Applicable rules for drop-off and pick-up:

All related container handling costs at inland terminal will be on account of Maersk;
Tariff fees will continue to be reviewed on quarterly basis;
Rules of engagement related to container drop-off/pick-up at sea terminals/depots of Gdansk and Szczecin remain unchanged.

PCD (Price Calculation Date) - it is the date from which Maersk determine the applicable tariff, contract rate or surcharges, which need to be applied to a shipment. For NON-FMC shipments, the PCD is the ‘scheduled departure date /ETD’ of the first water leg at the time of Booking Confirmation. For FMC shipments, the PCD is the last container GATE-IN date of the shipment.
