We know that receiving your arrival notice promptly helps you plan the next steps. You can download it directly from your shipment details.
- From the hub homepage, enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click View Details.
- Under the Summary tab, go to the Documents Issued section.
- Click the Download button next to Arrival Notice.
- The arrival notice will be available in pdf format.
