What is the plan for cargo, which was booked prior to 1st of March from neighbouring countries of Russia, not from Russia (non-Russian origin) or are not going to Russia, but the booking party/shipper/consignee to the shipment is Russian?
Maersk has now stopped all vessel operations in Russia and service with Belarus. For the domestic operations, they are gradually being winded down and/or divested.
Our teams have been in close contact with our customers during the past months and for the affected cargo we have done our utmost to deliver it to initially planned end-destinations or to offer a change of destination where practicable, legally allowed and reasonable for our customers.
