Why can I no longer access Lock Rates on Maersk Go?
As of 28 March 2025, the locked rate feature is no longer offered on Maersk Go. You can continue to book with us through instant, competitive rates, with the ability to make amendments at no cost.
We have made this change as we have noted there have been issues with lock rates, that may have resulted in less optimal booking solutions.
Should you have pre-existing contract lock rates, these will be honoured, in line with the contract.
