How to set up SmartPay on Maersk.com
Here is a short overview of how you can set up your SmartPay account on Maersk.com for an easier booking journey.
- Login using your Maersk.com account and navigate to Settings.
- Click "Payment Setup" and then "Add Bank Account"
- Enter the country and all the required details for the bank account that you wish to set up. Here, you can add an Account Holder name and Description (Nickname)
- Here, it is important to authorize the account for SmartPay transfers and note the terms & conditions.
- Once this is done, you can upload all the required supporting document (Bank statement or voided check) and click "Submit".
- Once you have submitted all the details, our Finance team will reach out through email to confirm the approval of the new setup.
