My Cases provides you with an overview of your customer service case(s).

You can see detailed information about each case, update the information as needed or reopen a case if it has not been resolved to your satisfaction.

  1. Click Account App Store located at the top right corner of the home page and Login.
  2. Click on Manage in the top menu and select Case Management.
  3. If you cannot see the case you want, you can search by entering the case details or via the category filters in the case overview. You can then click the case you want to view and update the case details as desired.
