How do I obtain a Certificate/Letter - if SI is submitted?
Even after submitting your shipping instructions, you can still request certificates or letters. Here’s how to do it quickly online.
- From the hub homepage, enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click View Details.
- In the Bill of Lading widget (top right), select Amend Verify Copy/Bill.
- On the Document tab, go to Request Certificates.
- Choose the certificate or letter you need and click Save.
