How do I change the destination details on my Bill of Lading?
We know that document types may need to be changed. You can update your bill of lading type online.
From the hub homepage , enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click ‘View Details’.
In the ‘Bill of Lading’ widget at the top right, select ‘Amend Bill of Lading’.
On the ‘Document’ tab, make the necessary changes.
Proceed through the remaining tabs to the final review page and click submit.
