How can I fill an OOG declaration if the exact dimensions are not known at the time of booking?
The dimensions are typically not known 100% at the time of quoting and booking. However, after lashing and during pick-up, the final dimensions are typically available. Hence it is advisable to let the out of Gauge team know of any changes to dimension post booking confirmation by accessing the online portal to submit the final dimension declaration.
