Service levels vary by service model and region, but are typically structured in tiers to match your product needs:

• Porch: Safe placement on a covered porch or immediate exterior
• Threshold: Delivery to the first dry area (garage or just inside the entry); no unpacking
• Room-of-choice: Placement inside a requested room where conditions allow
• White-glove (Standard): Room placement + unpacking + debris removal
• White-glove (Enhanced/Install): All of the above + light assembly or installation depending on agreement

The booked service level determines what the delivery team is authorized to perform. Exact definitions may vary by program and region. The scope of services included should be confirmed during scoping.
