How to get the live support

Our Live Help Agents are here to provide technical assistance on any issues you might have within:

You can choose between English, Chinese or Spanish speaking Help Agents. It usually takes seconds for a Live Help Agent to respond to a chat request, although it can take longer if we are busy. Once you are connected, the Live Help Agent will help to resolve your issue to the best of their ability.

You can save your chat history directly from the pop-up window for future reference.

Click on the Hamburger menu located at the top right corner of the home page. Click on Support.
On the support page click on CHAT ONLINE button in the Chat online box under Contact Us.
A ChatBot will then respond in your preferred language via the pop-up chat window. Please select the option related to your query, or to connect with a Live Agent directly to help resolve your issue, you may select Online Technical Support option from the menu.
