There are 3 types of manifest submissions and the submission deadlines differ as per local regulations.
- Export Manifest is generally submitted 2 days prior vessel departure from first load port (earliest) / 2 days post vessel departure from first load port (latest)
- Advance Manifest final submission deadline is 40 Hours prior vessel arrival at load port (for the vessel calling advance manifest destination)
- Import Manifest submission is submitted 5 -7 days prior vessel arrival at destination (Long and Medium transit) / 2 days prior vessel arrival at destination (short transit)
