How do I make changes to my Bill of Lading (BoL)?
To make changes to a Bill of Lading online, you need to login to Maersk.com and locate the Bill of Lading you wish to change.
If you have the Verify Copy, you can select 'Amend' and follow the prompts to make the necessary changes, which may include updating addresses, cargo details, or other relevant information.Once completed, submit it to us and we will reissue a new Verify copy for your approval.
If the final BIll of Lading or Waybill has been issued, you will need to locate the shipment online and select 'Amend Waybill' or 'Amend Bill of Lading' from the shipment details page. Follow the prompts to make the necessary changes before submitting to us for approval.
