The Sudanese Customs Authority has announced new mandatory requirements for all shipments from any global origin into Sudan effective 1st January 2026. To ensure smooth cargo movement and avoid delays, please review the updated Advance Cargo Declaration (ACD) process outlined below.

All Customers exporting cargo to Sudan must obtain an ACD Number from the official government platform before cargo is loaded at origin.
The ACD Number must be included on all relevant shipping documents, including the Draft and Final Bill of Lading.

The ACD Certificate must be obtained prior to loading the cargo by the shipper, exporter, or freight forwarder. The ACD Number must be clearly stated on the Draft Bill of Lading and the Final Bill of Lading.
