We are pleased to inform you that we are changing our Collections email address for IBS Area, Maersk Line Cash customers. This change is aimed at optimizing our ability to manage your requests more effectively. By doing so, our dedicated customer service representatives will be able to capture, access, and handle your cases with greater efficiency than ever before.
Effective 22nd September 2025, the email address for requests from “in.collections@maersk.com” will be changed to “IBS.cash.collections@maersk.com” for Ocean cash segment customers.
Please note that the below old email address will be Active only for Credit customers :“in.collections@maersk.com”
We also request our IBS Cash customers to avoid sending emails to both old as well as the new email address.
