We are excited to announce a significant upgrade to our financial system by transitioning to SAP S/4HANA in October 2024 . This upgrade will bring numerous benefits to our operations, enabling us to serve you better.
However, we would like to inform you about the upcoming changes and potential challenges from 04 October 2024 to 08 October 2024 related to Overstays that you may experience during this transition.
The upgrade to SAP S/4HANA will require us to temporarily suspend some of our financial system functions.
During this period, we encourage all customers to complete import delivery order release formalities such as documents/payment and submit SSDO request before 04 October 2024, 5pm ZA time to ensure smooth collection of your containers and adhere to all Overstay deadlines shared in the daily update.
Important to note:
For any containers discharged in Durban, customers are encouraged to arrange to take delivery before 17h00 on Friday, 04 October 2024. Alternatively, the next opportunity to collect the containers, will be on Monday, 07 October 2024.
