Floods in DE and CZ – Disruption of service on corridor CZ to/from DE

In regards to previous reports, we must inform you that there is still limited capacity and significant delay on trains running to/from Germany.

As of today we see partial resumption of operation for freight transport, however this still means very limited number of trains passing through Decin both ways. Our customer service colleagues will keep you informed in case your containers have arrived to Melnik. We also kindly ask you to check actual status on e-maersk and train notifications received.

So far export booking stop will remain till August 8 for all SD bookings with load port Germany. Also we are forced to stop accepting import shipments from German ports until further notice. In case you have booked containers up to Bremerhaven/Hamburg,CY, please request release of these containers in e-maersk. For both directions, there is still possibility to book in case you wish to deliver containers to/from port by direct truck. For price offer please contact our customer service.
