You can check your invoice and payment status anytime in MyFinance. You can also subscribe to notifications to get updates as soon as there are changes.
What you need to do
- Make your payment
- Allow the standard processing time
- Check status in MyFinance
If the invoice is cleared, no action is needed
When to contact us
Reach out to your usual Finance contact only if:
- The invoice is still open after the expected time, or
- You cannot see your payment or invoice
Third-Party Agents
Access is available through MyFinance with consignee authorization. A one time setup may be required, or access can be granted per bill of lading request.
